The ideal candidate must be familiar with all aspects of thin film coating. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree, although a Master's degree is preferred. The individual should be comfortable working in a "hands-on" environment, as well as in a supervisory capacity. The ideal candidate should have experience and knowledge in the following areas: Thin film vacuum deposition technology Thin film materials characterization equipment and techniques Process efficiency and control improvement In order to be considered for this position the candidates MUST have the following: Five years management experience in a high yield production environment Minimum of three years experience in the above listed areas Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, physics or related field Qualified candidates are invited to become part of a winning team of proven accomplished professionals with many patents to their credit.
